This is the best clinic in the area , I live in Windermere and always drive to macali eye Clinic . Carlos and doctor Noble always got the best customer service. Me and my family is a frequent pacientes in there . Always recommend to friends also.

We have been going here for years and receive nothing but excellent customer service. Carlos is an absolute job and provides top notch customer service to the point he knows the types of frames I am looking for before I even arrive. Love Carlos and all he has done for us over the years.

I went in today for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I visited with Dr Claboine. He was amazing. Took his time with me. Listened to my struggles. Asked clarifying questions. He was very thorough. And very pleasant. After my exam I met with Carlos who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. He was patient and gave honest opinions. I left very happy and glad I picked this place for my exam and new frames!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today, the front desk staff & eye glass associates were kind and professional, the technician Kirk was so nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I can say all the same for Dr. Pickering, her love and knowledge of her career was very evident. Together the staff was able to quickly address and resolve my concerns.

First Eye 👁️👁️ Exam Review: The registration staff was very welcoming and helped me to get check in on an iPad. The technician executed a series of tests for depth perception, color blindness, eye density, and a full scan of my vision. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor was very personable and intelligently explained the process to establish the necessary correction to my vision. After staring at a computer every day of my life for over a decade, I was expecting the worse, but to my surprise he told me the correction would be minimal and I didn’t need glasses. The salesman had incredible patience as I tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the showroom several times. I found a few pairs of sunglasses and very happy with the quality. The exam was painless and I’ll be returning for an annual checkup to this establishment.

Dr. Macali and the team at Macali Eye Clinic have been helping our family for over 7 years. The appointment always runs smooth and they are great about communicating every step of the way through your appointment. Our kids tend to be indecisive when it comes to picking glasses. Their team does an amazing job of understanding what the kids like and patiently helping them choose the right pair. Their warranty process is also a huge plus for any accidents that may happen with our frame. Be sure check the out if you need glasses or contact lenses.

She’s very knowledgeable, patient and kind and answers all my questions and concerns. Every staff I encounter are extremely nice down to the sales technicians.
