Macali Eye Clinic

I am so glad that I found a good eye doctor- have been going there for 2 years now. The staff is wonderful- professional, personable and more. I wish that I had gotten the name of the woman who did my initial tests- she was wonderful. Dr. Claboine listened when I talked to him, answered all of my questions and looked me in the eye when we talked instead of staring at his computer. Carlos helped me find a way to afford my new specs. They are my go-to eye doctors.

The Staff was Awesome from the receptionist at The front desk to the MA Lauren she was on Point explaining everything in detail That was great experience. I always receive great service at Macali. The doctors are very thorough, the techs are so detail oriented and Carlos is wonderful. We have been patients for many years, and Carlos has been a constant presence in the office and our visits. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. He truly has become like family.

Very thankful to have found them. the Spanish lady that helped me choosen my glasses needs an award!! not only she was VERY VERY patient w me, she was also very helpful.

I needed to update my prescription and I enjoyed my experience here. The clinic is clean, well managed, streamlined and the team had great customer service. I had an appointment on Saturday (love that they’re open on Saturday!) and had minimal wait time. Everyone is friendly, and the medical assistance had a very pleasant demeanor and knew her stuff. The optician offered up great frame suggestions that were best suited for me, and I appreciate his patience as I tried on their wide selection of frames. Glasses were delivered in the expected time frame.

The best eye doctor and practice I have ever been to. They were wonderful from the front desk, to the doctor to the checkout. Very clean and was seen quickly. Highly recommended practice.

Overall a wonderful experience. Great customer service. Regina the receptionist does a fantastic job of serving the customer. Even some of the more challenging ones. Friendly service with a smile.
